Dear Members,

The schedule for this season is posted HERE.

This season we have 16 teams signed up.  We start play this coming week of February 3.  Please check the schedule.  FYI - There are two teams playing this Monday, Stroke of Genius and No Trouble.

Captains - Please note the following:  1).  We need teams to submit the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for all players on their team.  On the back of the score sheet, write the name, addresses, phone numbers and email address for each team player.  You can divide the score sheet in half and each team can use one side and label with the team name.  Take a picture of the this information and send to Jose Torres our Statistician at 323-823-8948.  Remember to submit your team scores as well.

2). We need each captain to collect a $15 BCA fee for each player for their BCA membership.  This will be in addition to the usual team dues.  This $15 BCA fee needs to be paid this week for all players.  Tod Davenport will make arrangement to pick up this fee from you or you can give these funds to a board member or mail it.  Current BCA Members - There are members of the LAPL who are current BCA members.  Current members who already have a membership, do not need to pay again if they are up to date with BCA.  For these members - ask them to log into Fargo and send Jose their Fargo score and BCA number.  Again, text to Jose at 323-823-8948.

Score Sheets:   Please ensure that all score sheets are accurate.  If there are changes needed to correct an error, it must be requested within one week of the match.  This is because we need to submit scores to the national BCA and once we submit scores, we pretty much can not change them.  So, Captains please ensure scores are submitted accurately.  Forfeits:  Forfeits must be attributed to a player on the team.  There are no ghost players allowed to take the forfeits.  If you're short a player for a night because a player could not show up, the lost games must be attributed to a player on the team.  Please make your team aware of this.

We look forward to a great season and West Coast Challenge in June.  Have a good season and let us know if you have questions.
